AN EVENING WITH OLE OLSEN (AEWOO1601)
A sellout crowd congregated at the Cleveland Arms, Wolverhampton to honour the triple World Champion and what a night was had by all!
The Great Dane was in brilliant form as he told the enthralled crowd how he started his racing career in the UK, some fantastically humorous tales of his early days, how he won three world titles, stories of his great rivals and friends including Ivan Mauger and Erik Gundersen, his involvement in the Grand Prix Series and his thoughts on the state of British Speedway.
Ole has some very frank and forthright views on many subjects and it is all captured on this compelling DVD.
An absolute must for speedway enthusiasts.

AN EVENING WITH SAM ERMOLENKO AND RONNIE CORREY (EWSAR1501)
The Cleveland Arms was the venue for another great evening as American icons Sam Ermolenko and Ronnie Correy were joined by Wayne Carter and Graham Jones in front of a capacity 300 crowd and we bring you all the entertainment on another great nostalgic night as the 1993 World Champion and the Rocket talk about their careers.
Wolverhampton fans rolled back the years with four of their 1991 league title winning team back together in the city as well as club bosses Peter Adams and Chris Van Straaten also joined in the evening at the sports bar hosted by Nigel Pearson.
Sudden Sam also got brother Charles, affectionately known as Dukie, on the phone to speak to the audience. Said Sam: "It was so cool to relive the great days and it was nice to see so many people there, both Ronnie and me really had a great night. It underlines what a special club Wolverhampton is and we had some great times there down the years."
Correy, meanwhile, revealed he is looking at returning to the USA with his young children. "I'd like to do all this again next year, but I might not be here, I'm thinking of going home with my boys," he said. "But what a great night and thanks to the organisers for putting it on and everyone coming along to see us, it was great to catch up with so many friends."
